  4. Scott 2 might be a solid , if it didn't contain the Jacques Brel songs that I consider totally useless (namely "Jackie" and "Next"; "The Girls and the Dogs" is better). Not many songs written by Mr. Engel himself, but of those, "The Amorous Humphrey Plugg" is especially quite nice, while "The Girls From the Streets" and "Plastic Palace People" also sound decent – the latter is .

  7. The cd is basically a compilation of Scott Walker's career. Some songs are with the Walker Brothers and others are solo. There are a few sort of "bizarre" tunes but for the most part the songs are love songs with Walker's rich resonant voice that fans have come to love/5(40).
